I have had a hard time with depression today. I have not left my room all day. But did manage to take a picture of chip looking out the window. he is so cute when he does this. he talks to the people going by and they are now to the point to where they look for him and they all say Hi Chip as they go by.

If I didn't know he was enjoying conversation with passers by, I'd assume he was longing to take flight. ---There he is, just this side of paradise, looking out at all that sky...
Although we know he wouldn't last too very long out there, so paradise for him happens to be right where he's at. :-)
It's a great photo. I'm grateful Chip's there with you to keep you company on days when you are having trouble getting out and about.

Is there any way you can get out and just stand in some sunshine for a few moments? Let the sun warm your cheeks for a bit? Sometimes that can help change the course of things. ---Praying!

There is no way he would survive on his own out in the blue sky, he would not even know how to find food for himself. Since he never was a outdoor bird. he has always been hand feed.
